Our first step is to set-up a time for a phone consultation. We’ll discuss your overall travel preferences, your goals for the trip, your favorite hotels, trip budget, and any other important details that will help us curate and personalize your journey - whether mere hotel bookings, or full-scope itinerary planning. We’ll also learn more about your communication preferences, and how involved you’d like to be in the planning and coordination.
Coordinate, Communicate & Curate
This is the most important step of our process. While we work on creating your ideal trip, we will be consistently reaching out to you with any updates, questions, and to gather your feedback. This helps us to ensure we are curating an itinerary that you will ultimately be excited about. You are investing your time and finances into this trip, and we take pride in making sure you’ve had a positive experience working with us and our partners.
Delivery & Follow-Through
Once we’ve built-out and perfected your itinerary, we’ll share the finalized version at least one week prior to your scheduled trip. While you are away, we are available to provide support, or will direct you to one of our on the ground contacts who can assist. Following your journey, we will reach out to you to gather feedback on any of the suppliers you worked with as well as on our services we provided before, during and after you returned.
